During the opening night of our Globalscapes Interior Design Exhibit the dress code was “black formal gown”. For the life of me, I just wasn’t up to wearing a full on gown so I decided to change it up a bit and wear something that felt casual but still looked formal.
I decided to go to my friend Vania Romoff and asked her to create me something versatile. I wanted a jumpsuit that was elegant, sexy but easy to wear. I needed my outfit to be very comfortable especially since I was going to be running around the exhibit the whole day and night BUT it had to look formal enough because I was going on stage to speak in front of the audience.
And so Vania created me THIIIIIIS!!! Isn’t it amazing???! My jumpsuit was a tad bit different from the usual because it had “wings”. The “wings” gave an illusion that I was wearing a long gown from certain angles and other angles it looked like a jumpsuit. It had a casual feel with a very formal look. WHAT A GENIUS! Every woman needs a black jumpsuit (and a little Vania Romoff) in their closet and life! With my lifestyle, I definitely need outfits that I can transform from day to night.
I love this jumpsuit so much that I’m REPEATING. I’m wearing it again tonight for graduation. haha! YES.. you heard it right.. guess what everyone, I’m receiving my certificates and will be graduating from the Philippine School of Interior Design, TONIGHT! YAY!!! :)
