I still remember the first time I ate in Pink’s. It was during my college years in LA… I drove all the way to Hollywood just to try it.

Pinks Hollywood

This is not my photo. I just grabbed it off the internet!

Oh and when I went, the line was so much longer!

This photo and the next three below were taken in Pink’s Hollywood last April 2015.

Last year, my husband and I took the kids to LA to do the whole theme park circuit. Naturally, I brought them to all the hotspots I went to when I was younger. And of course, it included Pink’s.

Pinks Manila

Fast forward to last Thursday. My girlfriends and I decided to have a play/merienda date in Pink’s. NOTE: Pink’s Manila is the hotdog chain’s first international location.

Leave it to the owners of Wildflour Café and Bakery to strategically adjust Hollywood’s famous street side joint to fit Manila’s standards. And by that I mean, air-condition and more variation.

Pink’s Manila has adjusted the menu, they offer ice cream and soda fountains by Farmacy,  plus a bar serving cocktails and local craft beers. The best part, it’s conveniently and comfortably located in Shangri-La Hotel at the Fort. We’re so spoiled… I love it!

Here’s a peek into Pink’s Manila…

The Chicago Dog

The Buffalo Wing Dog

The Coney Island Wing Dog

The philly cheese dog

The Philly Cheese Dog

The Guacamole Dog

The East LA Steet Dog

And yes, they have burgers and milkshakes too!!!

This is what we ordered..

The Hollywood Legend of course, it’s a classic.

The chili cheese fries. Yum!!!

But it’s the Chili Cheese Burger and Breakfast Dog that will make me come back for more. YOU MUST TRY IT!!! It’s so good!!!

What do you think? Happy tummies, right ladies?!!

I’m leaving you with a copy of the menu just in case you decide to indulge.

Til my next post… don’t count the calories and just GO FOR IT!!!

Pink’s Manila is located at Shangri-La at the Fort 30th Street, corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig | Some of the photos are courtesy of Ana De Ocampo
