Since the duck place we wanted to eat in was full, we “settled” for a resto near our hotel. Apparently, it’s the World’s First Michelin- Starred Ramen Eatery pala. We didn’t even know it. Hahaha!

Fortunately it wasn’t so full yet and the waiting time wasn’t so bad.

Basically it’s a very simple concept and they only have a few things on their menu.

I just asked which there best seller was: Char Siu Aijatama Miso Soba.

My husband got the one with truffle: Char Siu Shoyu Soba. I actually liked it better than. Mine. Hahaha!

We also tried the Aburi Niku which was yummy.

Our favorite was the Rosu Char Siu which was roasted pork char siu with butter sauce. Yummers!!!

To make things easier, I took a photo if the menu for reference:

So when you’re in Hong Kong, visit Tsuta at Shop G111, G/F, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Til my next post….
