Last Sunday, we gave Asher unlimited iPad time the whole day instead doing something more constructive and being productive with our time. Bad mom!!!
But don’t judge me just yet because I’m making up for it this weekend. For those parents who want their children to learn how to work with their hands, enhance their creativity and explore different ways of working with wood to create things, I found an activity for your kids that might interest you.
BE ME Woodwork Workshop is a MUST. Watch this puzzle Helicopter come to life..
It took Asher 2 weeks (2 sessions) to finish his masterpiece.
Originally he painted his helicopter blue, red and yellow. But then he changed his mind and decided to make it all blue. TADA!!!!
I must say that it was a great experience for Asher to do something more productive with his time and learn how to create his own toys with his bare hands.
And for me, I had so much fun watching Asher figure out how to put everything together. I’m sure all parents can relate that “kids do & say the funniest things”. haha! This weekend we’ll be working in a seaplane. Yay!!!
It’s definitely a good bye TV and no iPad weekend!
Til my next post…
